Tenure-Track Lecturer Position Available (from Fall-2009 semester)
The department is currently seeking a qualified person for the position of full-time lecturer from Fall-2009 semester.
LECTURER
DEPARTMENT OF COMPUTER SCIENCE AND INFORMATION SYSTEMS
The Department of Computer Science and Information Systems invites applications for a tenure-track position at the Lecturer level starting Fall 2009.
Candidates must have completed an MS degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems by the date of appointment. An ABD or Ph.D. in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems is preferred. The position requires a strong commitment to teaching.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to teaching load of 12 hours per semester, training and supervision of the teaching lab assistants, student advising, and service to the University. Prior teaching experience in computer science or computer information systems at the college level is required.
